The chosen concept is refined into real spatial layouts. Massing, circulation and early technical coordination take shape, and the design is iterated with you until the big picture is right.
The design is resolved in detail: drawings, material selection and refined technical solutions, coordinated closely with structural and MEP consultants so inside and outside read as one.
